原标题：山东潍坊：申请公积金贷款缴存时限从连续12个月降至6个月以上9月13日，澎湃新闻从潍坊市住房公积金管理中心官网获悉，山东省潍坊市出台《关于优化调整住房公积金贷款政策的通知》。《通知》显示，为加大对职工购房消费的支持保障力度，更好地满足广大缴存职工公积金贷款购房需求，经研究决定，自2022年9月16日起，调整潍坊市住房公积金贷款有关政策。一是调整贷款额度测算指标的规定，按照新政，取消“按缴存比例、贷款次数、职工单方或双方缴存公积金确定贷款额度上限”的规定。二是调整借款人申请贷款缴存公积金时限的规定，新政显示，将借款人申请贷款缴存公积金时限由“借款人连续足额缴存住房公积金12(含)个月以上”调整为“借款人连续足额缴存住房公积金6(含)个月以上”。三是调整测算贷款额度余额倍数的规定，新政规定，将贷款额度上限计算由“按借款人申请时缴存公积金账户余额之和的15倍计算，调整为按20倍计算”。四是调整计算还款能力的月收入占比的规定，按照新政，将“贷款期限5年以上的，月应还款额不得超过夫妻双方月收入总额的40%”的规定，调整为“贷款期限5年以上的，月应还款额不得超过夫妻双方月收入总额的50%”。五是减少不动产登记信息查询证明材料，取消要求借款人提供户籍地、受理地、缴存地三地的不动产查询证明。借款人申请贷款时只需提供购房所在地《不动产登记信息查询结果证明》(也可通过“爱山东APP”查询购房地不动产登记信息证明)。返回搜狐，查看更多责任编辑：
