C | 市不动产登记服务中心窗口相关负责人表示，类似证书鉴别求助每年都会遇到，近年来明显减少，但相关风险仍需警惕。登记部门提醒广大市民：为避免不必要的财产损失，即便对方是亲戚好友，在民间借贷过程中也不要仅以扣押房产证作为担保，不动产抵押须依法办理登记手续；若对不动产权证书真伪存疑，可就近前往不动产登记窗口，请专业人员免费核验；同时切勿触碰伪造证书的法律红线。根据《不动产登记暂行条例》等相关规定，伪造、变造、买卖或使用伪造、变造的不动产权属证书，将依法予以收缴；构成犯罪的，将依法追究刑事责任。
